How does the free month work?
Your first number is free for one month, with no card needed and no automatic charge. Afterwards, choose a subscription at the price shown on our pricing page. If you don’t subscribe, syncing pauses and your saved archive remains available to view, export or delete.
How much history will I get?
WhatsApp decides how much history it provides when you link a device. While connected, WhatSmall continues syncing new messages it receives. We can’t guarantee a complete history or that every message is saved, or retrieve files WhatsApp has already removed.
Do you store my photos and voice notes?
Yes, within your storage allowance and retention settings. All your numbers share one pool, with 100 MB per active number for text and media. Add more storage in 1 GB steps, billed monthly. Choose retention by number or conversation and delete media whenever you want. Files WhatsApp has already removed cannot be retrieved.
Does WhatSmall send messages or mark chats as read?
Never. It only reads. It doesn't send anything and doesn't appear as online.
Can I link more than one number?
Yes. Each additional number is its own subscription with its own renewal date, and you can cancel any of them separately.
Who can read my messages?
Normally, you view your archive through your own account. Our admin tools show statistics and account status. We only access content if you request support, to investigate a security incident, or where the law requires it.
How do I delete my data?
Delete a chat, a number's archive, or your whole account from the dashboard. It is removed from live systems immediately and from encrypted backups within 35 days.
Is this official? Is it safe for my WhatsApp account?
WhatSmall is an independent, unofficial service, not provided or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta. WhatsApp may restrict or ban accounts using unofficial services; being read-only does not remove that risk. Consider this before choosing a number to link.

It lets you view and save conversations from your linked accounts and never sends messages on your behalf. WhatsApp may restrict or permanently ban accounts using unofficial services. Being read-only does not remove this risk, and we cannot prevent or reverse restrictions. Consider the risk before linking, and avoid using a number you cannot afford to lose.
